This system covers various service modules of all licensing-related services. Hotel establishments can log in and review relevant information through the SCTDA Partner Interface. This is a one-stop shop allowing establishments to consequently initiate and track their applications with SCTDA. External customers can register, customize an account and start using the services upon approval of their applications.
Issuing the initial Approval to start receiving guests (for a hotel establishment)
Issuing the initial Approval of the proposed engineering modifications to an existing hotel establishment, upon the request of the hotel establishment.
Issuing the initial Approval to renew the license for a hotel establishment
Issuing the initial Approval to change the activity of a hotel establishment wishing to change its commercial activity in the commercial license
Issuing the initial Approval for the owners of private hotel establishments to license those who wish to obtain Approval to add a partner or exit and enter a partner in their commercial license.
Service is provided to owners of hotel establishments who wish to obtain Approval to cancel their license.
