Issuing the initial Approval to start receiving guests (for a hotel establishment)

Final classification of the facility by Authority inspectors

Valid passport copy of the applicant/applicants ( if the owner is an institution or company )

The trade license

A copy of the valid national identity

A copy of the commercial license and business registration

A copy of membership certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sharjah

1100 dirhams and other fees = 20 dirhams

Payment of fees

Issue of the inspection report

Obtain a certificate of classification \ plates category

Fill the property details data form

Registration in the statistics system

Registration in the tax system for Sharjah Municipality

Certificate of fulfillment of the General Administration of Civil Defense

Two working days
