Cultural Centres
The Department of Culture and Information manages the central library and other libraries on the east coast. The centre in Sharjah offers, in addition to the hall of arts and music, the art library that comprises a collection of books on architecture, sculpture, decorative arts and other fine arts, and a well equipped theatre hall for theatrical and cinema performances. Other cultural centres are located in Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al Hisn, as well as in Al Dhaid.
