The Women’s Sports Department (WSD) of the Sharjah Ladies Club (SLC), is organising under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and Chairperson of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs and Chairperson of Sharjah Ladies Club the 1st Arab Women Sports Tournament 2012 from 2 to 12 February, 2012. This unique event will involve participation of sportswomen from 12 Arab countries who will compete in sports such as basketball, volleyball, athletics, shooting and table Tennis for ten days.
